About
I'm Jonas Lang. Frame Economics is me.
Eleven years editing video. Six years and $1.5M running paid media for global brands. You get both, on your channel, not an account manager.
The overlap is the point
Two careers almost nobody has both of.
Most YouTube strategists came up through content and have never had to defend a cost per acquisition. I spent six years buying attention on Meta, Google and TikTok, where a thumbnail is judged on what it costs you when it's 1% worse, for a DTC brand, a commercial airline and a German state government.
Then I cut the video myself. Eleven years, 300+ finished videos. That's why I can tell a coach whether the problem is the packaging, the offer, or the idea, then fix it, not just flag it.
Track record
The proof, caveats and all.
I'd rather put the caveats on the page than in the small print. My own channel isn't active any more, and those are peak numbers. Several channels I built no longer exist. The channel was never the asset: the ability to make people click and then stay is, and a deleted channel doesn't invalidate a retention curve.
How I work
Three things that won't change.

01
You get me
Not an account manager, not a junior. The trade-off is capacity: I cap the number of channels and tell you when I'm full.
-
02
I'll tell you when the idea is the problem
Packaging can't rescue a video nobody wanted. If that's the diagnosis, you'll hear it early, the cheapest place to hear it.

Nothing here is a projection
Every figure on this site already happened. Where I can't evidence a number, it isn't here.
