Results, rights and independence
What we can promise, what we can't, and who owns what.
Last updated 22 September 2026
This page applies to this website, our emails, our community Sales-First YouTube on Skool, our videos and our programmes.
1. Results and earnings
No guaranteed results. Nothing we publish or say is a promise that you will get more views, subscribers, leads, booked calls, clients or income. What happens on your channel and in your business depends on your offer, your market, your work, your timing and many things outside our control, including the platforms' own decisions. Where we give a specific guarantee in writing, such as the booked-call guarantee for the Accelerator and Partner programmes, it applies only as its own conditions and remedy say in that programme's agreement.
Examples are not typical. When we show a result, it is a specific person's or business's result under their own conditions. It is not typical, it is not an average, and it is not a forecast of yours.
Jonas's own numbers are from paid media. Figures such as about US$1.5M of ad spend managed over six years, a 50% higher conversion rate for a jewellery brand in two weeks, or 52% more qualified leads for a German state government in seven months are results from paid advertising for past clients. They are not YouTube results, and they are not a prediction for your channel.
Other people's numbers are their own. When we mention another creator's or coach's results, they are that person's reported results, with the date and source where we show them. We have not verified them unless we say so.
Your decisions are yours. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your business, including how you act on anything you learn from us.
2. Testimonials
Every testimonial we publish comes from a real person we have worked with: a client, or a coach whose channel we reviewed. We don't pay for testimonials and we never ask for a positive one. We ask for an honest account of the experience, good or bad, and nothing we give depends on what someone says.
Some of the people we quote received that work free or at a discount. We publish testimonials in good faith and as they were given: we don't change what someone meant, and if we shorten a quote to fit, the sense stays the same. Any results they mention are their own and are not typical (see section 1).
3. Independence
Frame Economics and Sales-First YouTube are independent. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Skool or any other company or creator we mention. “Sales-First YouTube” and “Conversion-First YouTube” are our own names for our community and our method; they are not products of YouTube or Google. All other names and trademarks belong to their owners.
When we discuss a real creator's channel, video, title or thumbnail, we do it to teach and to comment. That creator is not connected to us, and our assessment is our opinion.
4. Rights
© 2026 Jonas Lang Image Expert. All rights reserved. Our lessons, videos, templates, worksheets, scripts and other materials are protected by copyright. Members may use them for their own learning and their own business. Please don't share, copy, resell, record them, or upload them to AI tools. Other people's material. We sometimes show or quote copyrighted material we have not been specifically authorised to use, such as thumbnails, titles or short clips, for criticism, comment, review and teaching. We believe this is permitted as fair use (section 107 of the US Copyright Act), as a quotation (§ 51 of the German Copyright Act) and as fair dealing for criticism or review (sections 41 and 103A of the Australian Copyright Act 1968). If you want to use such material yourself beyond what the law allows, you need permission from its owner. If you believe we have used your material wrongly, write to hello@frameeconomics.com and we will look at it promptly.
