Accelerator and Partner: publish at least 8 videos, attend at least 80% of the calls and implement the funnel we build within your first 30 days. If you haven't booked 10 qualified calls by day 90 (people who fit who you serve and show up), I keep working with you for another 90 days at no charge. In the first 30 days you'll see your click-through rate and retention move. By day 90, the calls. I can't guarantee what you close. I can guarantee the work that produces the calls.

How we work
  • Founding bonus: the first 3 clients get a private weekly 1:1 for 3 months — the Partner-tier 1:1, at no extra cost — in exchange for a case study once your funnel is running.
  • Community included. While you're a client, your Skool community membership is on the house.
  • Billed monthly in USD. We work in 90-day cycles: the minimum commitment is one cycle (3 months), then month-to-month.
  • Why 90 days: YouTube compounds. Month one is calibration, months two and three are where the calls show up. I only take on people who commit to the full cycle, because that is the only way I can guarantee the work.
  • Application only. 10 Accelerator seats, 4 Partner seats, 2 Studio seats. When they're full, they're full.
  • "Up to 8 videos" means long-form; unused slots don't roll over.
  • More than 8 a month, or full editing? That's the Studio, custom-scoped. Small overflow can be added à la carte.
  • Two revision rounds per hook and per thumbnail included; further rounds at the add-on rate.
  • Async access is same-day on weekdays, not literally 24/7, so the thinking stays sharp.
  • You own everything I deliver, source files included.
